Group Access

Learn how to add new or existing users to groups in a few simple steps

 

1. Navigate to Tector Dashboard and press on your project group.

2. Select the group/subgroup you want to share from the Group hierarchy.

3. At the top left of the group page, click Access.

4. Press Share, and then you have two options: you can invite a new user or an existing one.

5. Type in the email of the person you want to join and select the role they should be assigned. 

User roles

  • Owner: Full access (e.g., remove users and sensors).
  • Member: Certain write permissions (e.g., upload blueprint and setup sensors).
  • Guest: Read-only access.
