Built-in alerts
An Intelligent Moisture alert is a notification system provided by Tector, designed to keep you informed about any irregularities detected by your moisture sensors. These notifications can be delivered via email.

Built-in alerts are predefined alerts that are automatically activated for each sensor unless otherwise specified. These alerts include:
- Big increase in moisture alert: This alert activates when two consecutive moisture measurements show a rise of more than 5%, signaling a notable change in moisture levels.

- Missing Values alert: This alert triggers when a sensor fails to send expected measurements for 48 hours, 1 week, or 4 weeks, indicating a potential issue with data transmission.

- Invalid measurements alert: When a sensor has been setup (by scanning the QR code and following the steps), and the first transmission after the setup shows an invalid moisture measurement, then you will receive an alert suggesting there may be a faulty installation.
- Built into warm roof moisture alert: This alert is specifically designed for sensors placed in warm roofs and indicates a sudden big increase in moisture, which could be a sign of a leak in the roof.

- Reference values alarm: This alert is the newest addition to the built-in alerts and it indicates that the moisture measured by the sensor is higher than the defined maximum according to the reference values.
