First option:
- The simplest way to delete a subgroup is to just press on the little bin icon at the bottom left corner of a subgroup in the Group Hierarchy
Second option:
1. Go to the Group Hierarchy view and press on the subgroup you want to delete
2. Then press on the title of the group where the edit icon appears
3. A dialogue window will open with different editing options
4. Press on the Delete group button
