Create subgroups

For larger projects, we strongly recommend creating subgroups for the various areas of the building being monitored. This approach provides a clearer overview of moisture readings, simplifies sensor data comparison, and ensures that no critical alerts are missed—making moisture monitoring significantly more efficient and manageable.

To create a subgroup use one of the following methods.

First option:

1. Go to the Group Hierarchy in the group overview.

2. Press the + icon to create a subgroup.

3. Click on the newly created subgroup.

4. Press the Settings icon and press the Add/remove devices.


5. Fill out the IDs of the sensors you want to add and press Update

 

Second option:

1. Navigate to your main project group.

2. Go to the  Sensors tab.

3. Check the checkboxes of the desired sensors in the list view.

4. Press the +Create subgroup button.

5. You will automatically be transferred to the newly created subgroup. 

6. From there click on the subgroup title and change it to the desired name.
